Sugar Shane’s has truly made its impact on the Atlanta food scene. What you may find surprising, is Sugar Shane’s just originally came to existence during the Spring of 2020 and in the beginning months of the pandemic. Our founder and owner of Sugar Shane’s, Shane Quillin, initial goal was to create a quality cookie for catering purposes. Since then, his ideas and vision have grown, as has Sugar Shane’s. Starting off with selling and baking cookies in his personal Atlanta apartment, demand for Shane’s unique gourmet cookies skyrocketed, leading to the next steps for our business. Because of this success and the immediate gain of support, Sugar Shane’s took over an industrial kitchen. This industrial kitchen became a “lab” where all sorts of cookies were crafted. New ideas flowed through Shane, and as a result new cookies were created and Sugar Shane’s staples were transformed. Over time the use of the lab and the complex has widened, due to the growth of Sugar Shane’s. What was once a one man shop shipping out cookies and deliveries by Shane himself, the lab is always bopping with customers and delivery app drivers. With Sugar Shane’s on a continual rise, we will now be expanding with a more permanent storefront in Sandy Springs. Not to be alarmed, our first location, the lab, will remain open. It will always be our home and where we got started, but now our customers will get to experience Sugar Shane’s at a new caliber. We cannot wait until we open doors in just a few short weeks! From a start up cookie company to now opening its second location, Sugar Shane’s has hit the industry by storm, gaining following and fans not only from ATL, but the rest of the country.
